LCHS Soccer player Hayleah Fletcher inks with Concord University

Louisa, Ky — Lawrence Co. Senior Soccer Player Hayleah Fletcher will continue her academic and athletic career at Division II Concord University in Athens, West Virginia after signing her NLI at the LCHS Library in front of family, friends and teammates recently.

Fletcher with friends and teammates 

Hayleah battled injuries this past season but helped her team to another District title her fourth. The SoccerDawgs went 67-14 in her career.

 

 

The Mountian Lions went 19-2 last year and lost in the NCAA Mid Atlantic Region Tournament. The school is about three hours from Louisa.

COACH’S COMMENT

“… Hayleah had a good senior season despite missing the final 10 games due to injury so I am happy for her to get this chance to play at the next level. I wish her all the best as she continues her academic and soccer career at Concord.”
