Also wins ‘SHOOTER OF THE YEAR’ award in high school pins class
Ben Fannin, 14 year old son of Al and Sandy Fannin of Louisa Ky. recently competed in the Scholastic 3-D Archery “S3DA” 5-spot State Championship in Madisonville, Ky. at the Western Kentucky Archery Complex.
Ben finished 2nd, one X out of first securing an $8,500 scholarship award and the ‘shooter of the year’ award in high school pins class.
Even more recently he competed in the S3DA Indoor 5-spot National Championship at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati Ohio where he finished 4th.
Ben shoots S3DA for Broken Arrow Archery Club and is a freshman at LCHS.
