LC Middle School Bulldogs Down Pikeville 38-20
August 8th, 2022, Pikeville, KY — The Lawrence County Middle School Football team traveled to Pikeville on Thursday to face off against the undefeated Pikeville Panthers.
After two early scores by Pikeville and a score of 12-0 in the second quarter, the Bulldogs took over the game with 38 unanswered points.
Caven Williams ran for 122 yards, 2 touchdowns, and one 2-point conversion. Kaden Johnson ran for 90 yards and had 3 receptions for 25 yards. Gray Derifield had a 2-point conversion run. Ty Brooks had 2 touchdown receptions. Carlo Chicko had 3 catches for 50 yards and a 2pt conversion run.

ent 12/16 for 140 yards with 2 touchdown passes and one touchdown on the ground. Andrew Ratcliffe had a 2 pt conversion reception.
The Bulldog’s defense was stingy and opportunistic all night. Hayden Blagg had a 20-yard interception return, Carlo Chicko and Ty Brooks registered sacks; Kayden Johnson had a fumble recovery.
