On April 12 a call came into the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department to make a complaint against Rickey Stevens, 54, of Louisa Ky.
The alleged victim in this case, Brenda Blackburn, told deputies that Stevens had asked her via internet if she wanted to have sex, and then proceeded to send her a picture of him “exposing himself ” on her phone.
After Ms. Blackburn’s complaint, a warrant was issued for Stevens for Harassing Communications and Stevens has been arrested and released on a $500 bond and with the stipulation of no contact with victim.
