Ok, the suspense is killing me. Who and what is SOAR? Congratulations to LC, I think.
SOAR is a regional nonpartisan nonprofit that champions local projects, programs, and advocacy for the 54 ARC-mandated counties in Eastern Kentucky. Our mandate: To fill the economic gaps left by the decline of the coal industry. Our task: To rally our communities to help us achieve these goals together for the good of all.
I just like to remember the town I was born n the way it was n the good ole ‘60’s & 70’s!! I’m not much on change @ all!! To much is different down town for me & all over Louisa, just my opinion. I was born n 1955 n the old General Hospital.
Well, “Terry”, with that attitude, you probably won’t like heaven very much either, then.
