LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST JUNE 16 – 22

JAIL ARRESTS THIS PAST WEEK FROM THREE OTHER COUNTIES DROPPED COMPARED TO PREVIOUS WEEKS; LAWRENCE COUNTY STAYS ABOUT THE SAME AS AVERAGE

From 12:01 A.M. June 16, 2016 to 11:59 P.M. June 22, 2016; 77 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

[From May 23 thru June 8; 237 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of the 237 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in this 17 day period, 37 arrests were from Lawrence County].

[From June 9 thru June 22; 152 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of the 152 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in this 13 day period, 29 arrests were from Lawrence County].

Out of the 77 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in this last seven day period of June 16-22, 16 arrests were from Lawrence County. Those 16 individuals arrested in Lawrence County in the past week are the following:

 

Elizabeth A. GreenElizabeth A Green, 30, of Louisa, was arrested June 16, 2016 at 3:17 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • KNOW FRAUDULENTLY USE ID CARD OR ELECTRONIC CODE FOR BENEFITS.

 

 

Nathaniel HoustonNathaniel Houston, 20, of Louisa, was arrested June 16, 2016 at 4:32 P.M., by a patrolman officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY).

 

 

Daniel ChapmanDaniel Chapman, 22, of Louisa, was arrested June 16, 2016 at 8:05 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY).


 

 

Dustin L. FyffeDustin L. Fyffe, 26, of Louisa, was arrested June 17,2016 at 12:28 A.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE.

David A. VanceDavid A. Vance, 41, of Louisa, was arrested June 17, 2016 at 2:24 A.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (DRUG UNSPECIFIED) [ 2 SEPARATE COUNTS ], • CULTIVATE IN MARIJUANA (5 PLANTS OR MORE) 1ST OFFENSE.

Michael A. WilksMichael A. Wilks, 40, of Louisa, was arrested June 17, 2016 at 2:24 A.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE, • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (ON FOOT), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION, • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, • SHOCK PROBATION IN FELONY CONVICTIONS, • FLAGRANT NON SUPPORT.

 

 

Timmy MulletTimmy Mullet, 37, of Lomansville, Kentucky; was arrested June 17,2016 at 1:09 P.M., by deputy Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASS-1ST DEGREE.

 

 

Jane Ellen ClarkJane Ellen Clark, 62, of Ona, West Virginia; was arrested June 17, 2016 at 6:12 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITED.

 

Dustin G. BrownDustin G. Brown, 34, of Hernando, Florida; was arrested June 19, 2016 at 1:38 A.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).

 

 

Candy MayCandy May, 22, of Louisa, was arrested June 20, 2016 at 6:20 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE.

May was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine. The indictment was issued on May 13th, charging her with one count of manufacturing methamphetamine 1st offense. Candy May was arrested just after 5 PM on Monday, June 20, by Lawrence County Sheriff deputies, according to an arrest citation, which also notes that May turned herself in at the Sheriff’s Office. May was taken to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky, where she was held on a $20,000 cash bond, which she posted on June 22, and was released from custody.

Candice RichardsonCandice D. Richardson, 32, of Louisa, was arrested June 21, 2016 at 3:25 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO WARRANTS (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY).

Candice D. Richardson was later transferred to to Boyd County Detention Center on June 22, 2016 at 2:41 P.M., where she is being held on $20,000 bond on one warrant, and no bond on the second warrant.

 

David W. ThompsonDavid W. Thompson, 56, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested June 21, 2016 at 6:54 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

 

Eric T. WardEric T. Ward, 20, of Louisa, turned himself in June 22, 2016 at 12:47 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

Mark EllisMark R. Ellis, 52, of Louisa, turned himself in June 22, 2016 at 12:54 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

 

Joshua Lee RatliffJoshua Lee Ratliff, 33, of Louisa, turned himself in June 22, 2016 at 1:02 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

Todd FitzpatrickTodd Fitzpatrick, 21, of Louisa, was arrested June 21, 2016 at 11:56 P.M., by patrolman officer Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.
