    I hope the meeting is about the county giving the city some money for there roads

      Addiction Recovery should be paying for the roads since they are busing addicted people into Louisa from Lexington and other areas to go into the centers. Since the taxpayers pay for the addicts that Arc buses here it should only be right they pay for road repairs.
