A Lawrence County teenager was arrested this past weekend, after he was found inebriated apparently thinking he was Pete Rose, or one the Duke boys, as he was caught driving around wildly on a local baseball field.
According to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department report, on the early evening (around sunset) Sunday, January 6, 2019, the Lawrence County Sheriff Department responded to a complaint of a green pickup truck spinning in the ball field at Chapman Park on Route 2037.
Upon arrival, Lawrence County deputies made contact with a subject who they identified as Jonathon Dean Accord, 18, of Louisa.
A field sobriety test was conducted due to deputies detecting a strong odor of alcohol on Accord. Signs of intoxication were detected and a breathalyzer test was administered on him.
Jonathon Accord was discovered to have a blood alcohol level of 0.178 and stated he had been drinking vodka.
Jonathon Dean Acord was arrested and charged with:
• NO OPERATORS-MOPED LICENSE,
• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE,
• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 3RD DEGREE.
Jonathon Accord was transported to and lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville. Acord was released on bond the following day Monday January 7.

It’s a character from a Cartoon Network/Adult Swim animated series, the Drinky Crow Show, that was cancelled in 2009. Really makes no sense in the context.
