2022-23 Preschool & Kindergarten Age Children 

WHEN:  April 29, 2022      9:00-12:00

WHERE:  LC Community Center – Across from Lawrence County High School

(BES Students can call 826-3624 for screening appointment @ BES)

 WHO:  

• Kindergarten – 5 years old by August 1^st
• Preschool – 4 years old by August 1^st     
• Preschool – 3 or 4 years old by August 1^st with Disabilities Including Speech                                                                                            

ENROLLMENT:  You can begin online registration using this link on our LC Schools website:   https://kyede6.infinitecampus.org/campus/apps/olr/application/login/kiosk-app-type

RECORDS THE SCHOOL WILL NEED:

• Birth Certificate 
• Shot Record 
• Proof of Income (preschool only) 
• Proof of Residence (new households only) 
• Health Physical / Vision Exam / Dental Screening 

(School health forms are available at schools and will be handed out at the event.)
