April Indictments:

LAWRENCE COUNTY GRAND JURY 

Kelly CollinsKelly Collins, 39 of Louisa, Ky. Indicted on TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FIRST DEGREE (class C felony) Penalty: 5 to 10 years.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 23rd, 2016 in Lawrence County, the defendant was knowingly and unlawfully trafficking in a Schedule II narcotic, namely Oxycodone. The bond is set at $10,000.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jacqulyn R. OsborneJacqulyn R. Osborne, 34 of Louisa, Ky. Indicted on 2 COUNTS OF TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE (a class D felony) Penatly: 1 to 5 years, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE (a class A misdemeanor ) Penalty: not more than 12 months, ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LEGEND DRUG (class B misdemeanor) Penalty: Not more than 90 days, PRESCRIPTION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT IN PROPER CONTAINER (class B misdemeanor) penalty: not more than 90 days, PUBLIC INTOXICATION, Excluding alcohol (class B misdemeanor) and POSSESSING LICENSE WHEN PRIVLAGES ARE REVOKED (class A misdemeanor)

The indictment states that the defendant knowingly and unlawfully destroyed, removed, altered or concealed physical evidence that she believed would be used against her in an official proceeding (2 offenses), she was knowingly and unlawfully in possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, alprazolam, was knowingly and unlawfully in possession of Seroquel, the defendant was knowingly and unlawfully in possession of a Controlled Substance not in the proper prescription administered container, and had in her possession a license after those license had been suspended for KRS: 189a.010. Bond set at $5000,00.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tonielle AdkinsTonielle Adkins, 27 of Huntington, WV was Indicted on TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FIRST DEGREE (a class D felony) Penalty:1 to 5 years and PROMOTING CONTRABAND IN THE FIRST DEGREE (class D felony) Penalty: 1 to 5 years.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before February 1st, 2017, acting alone or in complicity with Amy Hodge committed the offenses by knowingly and unlawfully trafficking and/or being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in the above mentioned controlled substance < 2 grams of Fentanyl.,The defendant knowingly and unlawfully introduced, obtained or possessed contraband into the inmate holding area at Lawrence County Judicial Center. Bond set at $5000,00.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Amy HodgeAmy Hodge, 33 of Wayne, WV. Indicted on TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FIRST DEGREE/Complicity (a class D felony) Penalty:1 to 5 years and PROMOTING CONTRABAND IN THE FIRST DEGREE (class D felony) Penalty: 1 to 5 years.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before February 1st, 2017, acting alone or in complicity with Tonielle Adkins committed the offenses by knowingly and unlawfully trafficking and/or being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to traffic in the above mentioned controlled substance < 2 grams of Fentanyl.,The defendant knowingly and unlawfully introduced, obtained or possessed contraband into the inmate holding area at Lawrence County Judicial Center. Bond set at $5000,00.
