Several of these have previously been on here multiple times on drug charges, yet each one of them today are listed as “1st offense”.
    Unbelievable.
If you’re wondering what’s wrong with our court system then look no further than today’s court docket.

      Exactly

When it says 1st offense, that doesn’t mean first 1st… It’s more of the severity of it. It can be from 1st to 4th offense, and that just tells about the severity of how bad whatever it was. For example when they get a possession of something 1st offense, usually it’s under a certain amount. Now if they were to get a larger amount of a substance it would go from 1st to 2nd to 3rd to 4th. We don’t usually see anything beyond 1st around here because they either don’t ever get much, or are smart enough to leave the rest home.
