Approve submission of modification requests for Blaine and Fallsburg Wastewater Treatment System to reduce the monitoring frequency from monthly to quarterly due to having no current or pending enforcement actions against either system in addition to each system having consistent and desirable design flow capacity

4.C.1.b. Approve quotes for monthly Wastewater Analysis Services by Mineral Labs, Inc. for Blaine Elementary and Fallsburg Elementary

4.D. FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 WORKING BUDGET WORK SESSION Finance Officer Brandi VanHoose & Superintendent Fletcher

4.E. Approve Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Working Budget
4.F. Purchasing of Buses: Approve purchase authorizations for three buses
