CALENDAR:  Approve the 2024-2025 Lawrence County School District Calendar including the attendance months, at the recommendation of Superintendent Fletcher whose decision is based on the survey results of staff (73% in favor) and parents (60% in favor), adopting Calendar Option 1 which was developed as one of two options by the District Calendar Committee and which has a full 5-day Fall Break, a standard 3-day Thanksgiving Break, and August 14 as the first day of student attendance

4.D. Update to the current 2023-2024 School Calendar

4.E. Louisa Middle School Roof Replacement Project: Consider/Approve to use a Construction Manager for the Louisa Middle Roof Project following recommended guidelines and acknowledging that use of a Construction Manager is not required by KDE at this time for this project

4.F. Building and Grounds Maintenance/Upgrades

4.F.1. Utility Vehicle:  Reconsider/Approve a quote from three provided for purchase of a utility vehicle, after the original lowest quote chosen in January subsequently had undisclosed additional fees

4.F.2. E-RATE-Wireless Access Points

Approve/select vendor for Wireless Access Points for the district, based on the rubric evaluation of E-rate proposals

4.G. Districtwide Safety & Security: Approve bleacher inspections services by Bleachers and Seats with estimate of $3,960.00

4.H. Approve permission to seek bids for grass mowing services

4.I. Approve to enter Executive Session for the purpose of Student Discipline/Expulsion Hearing pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f)   

4.J. Approve return to Open Session
