Approve the Consent Agenda items:

      1. Per diem and expenses for board members in attendance
      2. Contracts & Services:
        1. Updated 2021-2022 Memorandum of Understanding with Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Community Work Transitions Program (CWTP); July 20, 2021 through June 30, 2022
        2. MOU 2021 between Lawrence County Schools and UNITE Service Corps/Operation UNITE, the AmeriCorps project of Operation UNITE
        3. 21-22 Dual Credit Memorandum of Agreement between Ashland Community and Technical College and Lawrence County Schools
        4. 2021-2022 Local Head Start Memorandum of Agreement, 2021-2022 Certificate of Head Start Full Utilization, and 2021-2022 Transportation Agreement
        5. Approve Credit Application with IncStores, LLC, to execute cheer mat purchase
        6. Approve purchase of sports field paint due to supply shortage from usual vendors
      3. Requests:
        1. Fundraisers: LCHS, FES, LMS
        2. Use of Facilities:
          1. LCHS gym by Lawrence County Youth Football League (LCYFL) for cheer practice on rainy days; August 19 to October 16, 2021; Brianna Muncy; insurance provided
          2. LCHS gym for Tri-State Youth League Cheer Competition on October 9 and 10, 2021; Heather Compton; insurance provided
        3. Request for assistance by LCHS: purchase of tent and dance floor for homecoming dance, A to Z Rentals Total: $3,000 
      4. For Review/FYI: (no action required)
        1. 2021 Kentucky Incentives for Prevention (KIP) Student Survey MOU
    1. Approve to set 2021-2022 Tax Rates
    2. Approve to set the 2021-2022 Sheriff Collection Rate at 3% (same as last year)
    3. Approve RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COVID-19 Related EMERGENCY LEAVE during the 2021-2022 School Year 
    4. Approve update to LCHS student fees, “2021-22 LCHS Athletic Event Ticketing Information”
    5. Approve to acknowledge review of revised hiring forms/procedures, 03.11 AP.25 (Certified) Recommendation for Employment and 03.21 AP.25 (Classified) Recommendation for Employment; and review of rescinded hiring-related forms/procedures, 03.11 AP.23 (Certified) Interview Evaluation, 03.21 AP.23 (Classified) Interview Evaluation, 03.11 AP.24 (Certified) Application/Interview Summary, and 03.21 AP.24 (Classified) Application/Interview Summary
    6. Approve “Certification for the 2021-22 School Year Constitutionally Protected Prayer in Public Schools” and to acknowledge receipt of KRS 158.183, which details the rights of students, and KRS 158.185, regarding the national motto and various historical documents (hard copies provided)
