4.C. Approve the Unaudited Annual Financial Report (AFR) for Fiscal Year 2023-2024

4.D. Approve to set the 2024-2025 adult price for breakfast at $3.15 and the adult lunch price at $4.85, the KDE/USDA minimum adult meal prices currently required for Lawrence County Schools

4.E. Approve to declare surplus (Food Service)

4.F. Approve to accept Math Achievement Grants awarded to two schools, Louisa West Elementary and Fallsburg Elementary, in the amount of $62,500 annually per schools for math coaches

4.G. Approve to accept Apprenticeship Building America grant award with no cost to the district

4.H. Approve Superintendent/designee to delay/cancel school

4.I. Approve to enter Executive Session for the purpose of Student Discipline/Expulsion Hearing pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f)

5.A. Approve abolishment, creation, and/or changes regarding positions

5.B. Approve Declaration of Emergency regarding Middle School Math Teacher at Blaine Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year

5.C. Approve Declaration of Emergency regarding two Math Teachers at Lawrence County High School for the 2024-2025 school year

5.D. Approve request for an Unpaid Leave of Absence for Wade Skaggs for the 2024-2025 school year

5.E. Approve to acknowledge receipt of Superintendent’s Personnel Action/Update
