5.E.1.b. Approve payment to Interkal for materials for the replacement of high school bleachers BG 19-298 Lawrence County High School Bleacher Replacement: DPO (direct purchase order) / invoice submitted by Interkal: $110,741.00              

5.E.2.  School Security Request (SSR) Funds

5.E.2.a. Approve the use of School Security Request (SSR) Funds (allocated under House Bill 352) for the purpose of purchasing an electronic card-swipe entry system for all Lawrence County schools/facilities and for previous/future purchases of security cameras (Note:  The Lawrence County School District has been allocated $67,185 from the state budget of $18.2 million based on ADA.)

5.E.3.  Special Construction Projects Account

5.E.3.a. Approve the deposit of surplus Unemployment Funds from the Kentucky School Board Insurance Trust’s Unemployment Administrative Account to the special construction projects account, General Fund 0011087-0695, in the amount of $14,335.34

5.E.3.b. Approve the use of a $30,000-budget for replacing heating and cooling units within schools from the special construction projects account, General Fund 0011087-0695

5.F. Discussion/Approval of Safety Guidelines for 2020-2021 Planning
