OUT OF THOSE 108 ARRESTS, 24 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.

SEPARATELY, (4) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN ANOTHER COUNTY JURISDICTION (ONE(1) IN MARTIN COUNTY, AND THREE (3) IN JOHNSON COUNTY).

PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M., OCTOBER 1, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., OCTOBER 13, 2022, (13 DAYS); AT LEAST 112 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, AND MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY. OUT OF THOSE 112 ARRESTS, 14 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, (8) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN ANOTHER COUNTY JURISDICTION (FOUR (4) IN MARTIN COUNTY;TWO (2) IN BOYD COUNTY, ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN PULASKI COUNTY ). ALSO A PIKE COUNTY, KY., MAN WAS ARRESTED IN FLEMING COUNTY, KY., WHO WANTED ON TWO COURT BENCH WARRANTS FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.

Frankie S. Workman, 24, of Fort Gay,West Virginia; was arrested on October 13, 2022,at 6:00 P.M.,by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE), • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Lindsay Byer, 24, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on October 13, 2022,at 6:00 P.M.,by patrolman officer Teddy B. Kenneth O. Pack, 63, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on October 13, 2022,at 6:00 P.M.,by patrolman officer Teddy B. Michael D. Ramsey, 38, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on October 13, 2022,at 6:00 P.M.,by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE), • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

On October 19, 2022, Michael Ramsey was served a warrant by deputy Tyler Laney at the BSRDC at 11:35 A.M., on the charge of: • FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED, which was from out of Ohio; and was served a warrant deputy Tyler Laney, at 11:40 A.M., on the charge of:

• FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED; which was from out of West Virginia.

Michael D. Ramsey was released from the BSRDC to be extradited on November 2, 2022, at 1:15 P.M., on one of the fugitive warrants.

Jason Maynard, 29, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on October 13, 2022,at 6:00 P.M.,by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE), • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS (2 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS), • TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA (LESS THAN 8 OZ) 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).
