Man, woman arrested two times in two days in separate incidents…

NINE LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE ARRESTED IN THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER. ANOTHER EIGHT LAWRENCE CO. RESIDENTS WERE  ARRESTED NINE TIMES OUTSIDE THE COUNTY IN NEIGHBORING COUNTIES (LOUISA WOMAN ARRESTED 2 DAYS APART IN MARTIN, JOHNSON COUNTIES, AS WELL AS A LOUISA MAN ARRESTED IN THE PRE-DAWN MORNING HOURS 2 DAYS IN A ROW IN JOHNSON AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES).

ALSO THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE OVER CROWDED AGAIN, HAS BEEN HOUSING WELL ABOVE 300 INMATES SINCE THE END OF LAST WEEK.

Ronald Scott SammonsRonald Scott Sammons, 26, of Painstville, Kentucky; was arrested on November 1, 2017, at 9:27 P.M., by trooper Daniel G. Vossmer of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR.

 

 

 

 

 

Tabatha A Hunter DotsonTabatha A Hunter-Dotson, 35, of Van Lear, Kentucky; was arrested on November 1, 2017, at 9:39 P.M., by trooper Daniel G. Vossmer of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE) [ 2 SEPARATE COUNTS], • FAILURE TO APPEAR ( 2 SEPARATE COUNTS), • POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY CONVICTED FELON.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carryray RatcliffCarryray Ratcliff, 32, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; was arrested on November 2, 2017, at 1:19 A.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE), • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY.

 

 

 

 

Elizabeth L. ChaffinElizabeth L. Chaffin, 27, of Crum, West Virginia; was arrested on November 2, 2017, at 8:54 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

 

 

 

 

 

John D. SartinJohn D. Sartin, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on November 4, 2017, at 2:13 A.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR, • THEFT OF IDENTITY OF ANOTHER W/O CONSENT, • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (DRUG UNSPECIFIED), • BURGLARY, 1ST DEGREE, • KNOW FRAUDULENTLY USE ID CARD OR ELECTRONIC CODE FOR BENEFITS.

 

 

 

 

Amy R. GanttAmy R. Gantt, 28, of Louisa, was arrested on November 4, 2017, at 2:16 A.M., by trooper Billy Layne of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Devana LycansDevana Lycans, 28, of Barsbourville, West Virginia; was arrested on Npvember 6, 2017, at 3:35 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thurman EndicottThurman Endicott, 30, of Louisa, was arrested on November 6, 2017, at 3:37 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.

Warrix, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on November 7, 2017, at 4:02 A.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY, • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE), • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE.

Wanda L. Fitch LedfordWanda L. Fitch-Ledford, 52, of Louisa, was arrested in Martin County on November 2, 2017, at 12:36 P.M., by deputy Eddie Stepp of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Treana JenningsTreana Jennings, 35, of Louisa, was booked on November 3, 2017, at 7:00 P.M., after being taken into custody by the Martin County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/ SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Fletcher, 55, of Louisa, was arrested in Martin County on November 6, 2017, at 10:17 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • LICENSE TO BE IN POSSESSION, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD.
