EIGHT PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED IN LAWRENCE COUNTY FROM MARCH 1-7. ANOTHER 4 LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN NEIGHBORING COUNTIES ( 3 IN JOHNSON COUNTY, AND 1 IN BOYD COUNTY ).
THE NAMES OF THOSE 8 ARRESTED IN LAWRENCE COUNTY MARCH 1-7, (PLUS THE 4 ARRESTED OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTY), ARE THE FOLLOWING:
Ryan D. Johnson, 20, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on March 1, 2018, at 1:26 A.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL < 21 YEARS OF AGE .02-.07.
Tyler A. Sizemore, 18, of Genoa, West Virginia; was arrested on March 2, 2018, at 4;10 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.
Johnny Moore, 53, of Louisa, was arrested on March 3, 2018, a 2:47 A.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Bryan P. Wright, 25, of West Liberty, Kentucky; was arrested on March 5, 2018, at 4:09 A.M., by trooper Tyler Daniels of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: CHARGES UNKNOWN.
Don R. Lemaster, 53, of Louisa, was arrested on March 6, 2018, at 2:48 P.M., by sergeant deputy Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • DOMESTIC ABUSE – DUTIES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Gary D. Sizemore, 53, of Louisa, was arrested on March 6, 2018 , 2018, at 11:25 P.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FORGERY, 2ND DEGREE.
Corey Dustin Skaggs, 35, of Louisa, Kentucky, was taken into custody and booked on March 7, 2018, at 7:55 A.M., in the Lawrence County Court, by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Joey Mills, 65, of Louisa, Kentucky, was taken into custody and booked on March 7, 2018, at 9:40 A.M., in the Lawrence County Court, by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Joshua A. Warrix, 20, of Louisa, was arrested in Johnson County on March 2, 2018, at 2:02 P.M., by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500,• MENACING, • SERVING WARRANT (FOR OTHER POLICE AGENCY).

Frank D. Marshall, 58, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County on March 3, 2018, at 4:40 A.M., by deputy James P. Primm of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 2ND OFFENSE.
Eric R. Gibbons, 46, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County on March 4, 2018, at 1:37 A.M., by officer Caudill of an unknown police agency, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE), • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 1ST DEGREE.
