LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – JUNE 17-22, 2018

In the first 8 days in June, there were 14 arrests in Lawrence County, Since then, over the following 14 days, there have been 16 arrests in Lawrence County.

From 12:01 A.M. June 17 thru to 4:00 P.M., June 22, there were at least 73 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 73 or so, just 9 of those arrested were from Lawrence County. Another 3 Lawrence County residents were arrested elsewhere: ( 1 in Martin County, 1 in Johnson County and 1 in Madison County ).

The names and criminal charges of the latest 9 Lawrence County arrests (and the 3 out of county arrests) are the following:

 

Micheal AndersonMicheal Anderson, 28, of South Point, Ohio; was arrested on June 18, 2018, at 7:48 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

 

 

 

 

 

Erin BrownErin Brown, 32, of South Point, Ohio; was arrested on June 18, 2018, at 7:56 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department,and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

 

 

 

 

 

Terry M. JohnsonTerry M. Johnson, 34, of Louisa, was arrested on June 19, 2018, at 6:28 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS,

• FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE,

• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,

• DRIVING ON DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE -1ST OFFENSE.

 

 

 

 

 

Jason RatliffJason Ratliff, 45, of Louisa, was arrested on June 13, 2018, at 6:30 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE,

• DOMESTIC ABUSE – DUTIES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT,

• WANTON ENDANGERMENT – 1ST DEGREE.

 

 

 

 

 

David W. FlemingDavid W. Fleming, 56, of Lexington, South Carolina; was taken into custody and booked on June 20, 2018, at 12:36 P.M., in the Lawrence County Court, by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:

• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

 

 

James FitzpatrickJames Fitzpatrick, 23, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked on June 20, 2018, at 12:36 P.M., in the Lawrence County Court, by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:

• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER

 

 

 

 

 

 

Amber F. GilpinAmber F. Gilpin, 28, of Louisa, was arrested on June 20, 2018, at 8:08 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN),

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (COCAINE),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS,

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kimberly MaynardKimberly Maynard, 20, of Louisa, was arrested on June 21, 2018, at 4:10 P.M., by sergeant Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT OF SERVICES,

• WANTON ENDANGERMENT-1ST DEGREE.

 

 

 

 

 

Aaron MaynardAaron Maynard, 24, of Louisa, was arrested on June 21, 2018, at 4:17 P.M., by sergeant Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• WANTON ENDANGERMENT-1ST DEGREE,

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Carl F. CastleCarl F. Castle, 30, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked on June 20, 2018, at 5:48 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk of the Martin County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:

• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER

Carl F. Castle was also arrested in Hart County, Ky. on June 4, 2018, at 1:46 P.M., by a deputy of the Hart County Sheriff Department ans was charged with:

• RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER/$10,000.

 

 

 

 

 

Amanda ThomasAmanda Thomas, 35, of Louisa, was arrested in Madison County on June 21, 2018 at 9:53 A.M. by officer Littrell of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with:

• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR TECHNICAL VIOLATION).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stephanie A. MarcumStephanie A. Marcum, 34, of Louisa, was arrested in Johnson County on June 22, 2018 at 3:50 P.M. by officer Bolen of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with:

• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE).
