LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – JULY 8-14, 2018

From 12:01 A.M. July 8 thru to 11:59 P.M., July 14, there were at least 80 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 80 or so, 12 of those arrested were from Lawrence County. Another one Lawrence County resident were arrested elsewhere 1 in Johnson County.

The number of individuals who were lodged at the BSRDC late Sunday day night, July 15, was 331.

The names and criminal charges of the latest 13 Lawrence County arrests (and the 1 out of county arrest) are the following:

Justin E. MarcumJustin E. Marcum, 31, of Louisa, was arrested on July 8, 2018, at 7:35 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Robert E. ClayRobert E. Clay, 55, of Louisa, was arrested on July 10, 2018, at 1:02 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE).

 

 

 

 

Kelly M. RatliffKelly M. Ratliff, 33, of Louisa, was arrested on July 10, 2018, at 10:11 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Keith J. Johnson Keith J. Johnson, 21, of Louisa, was arrested on July 10, 2018, at 10:42 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SPEEDING 15 MPH OVER LIMIT, • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • OBSTRUCTED VISION AND/OR WINDSHIELD.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brianna S. KimblerBrianna S. Kimbler, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on July 10, 2018, at 10:44 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

 

 

 

 

 

Brenden B. MarcumBrenden B. Marcum, 43, of Louisa, was arrested on July 10, 2018, at 10:56 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Daniel D. ChaffinsDaniel D. Chaffins, 28, of Louisa, was arrested on July 12, 2018, at 3:45 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500,

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

 

 

 

 

 

Shelly M. TriplettShelly M. Triplett, 33, of Louisa, was arrested on July 13, 2018, at 1:12 P.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Derek M. ParsonsDerek M. Parsons, 35, of Louisa, was arrested on July 13, 2018, at 1:17 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ryan Chad HayesRyan Chad Hayes, 31, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked on July 13, 2018, at 8:43 P.M., in the Lawrence County Court, by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:

• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/ SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

 

 

Jimmy RadcliffJimmy Radcliff, 50, of Louisa, was arrested on July 14, 2018, at 6:00 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY.

 

 

 

 

 

William P. LittonWilliam P. Litton, 48, of Louisa, was arrested on July 14, 2018, at 10:24 P.M., by trooper Forrest Newsome, and was charged with:

• RAPE, 1ST DEGREE,

• FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 1ST DEGREE (ON FOOT),

• RESISTING ARREST.

Kimberly Maynard, 20, of Louisa, was arrested in Johnson County, Ky. on July 12, 2018, at 6:21 P.M., by officer Zachary Mitchell of the Police Department, and was charged with:

• CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER,

• GIVING OFFICER FALSE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.
