Ronald DingessRonald Dingess, 47, of Louisa, was arrested on July 13, 2017, at 3:33 A.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/ INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE. • REAR LICENSE NOT ILLUMINATED.

Steven W. Steele, now 53, was transferred to the Boyd County Detention Center on July 19, 2017 at 3:02 PM., and was incarcerated on a ‘pay or stay’ bail bond.
