Carl MarcumCarl Marcum, 28, of Fort Gay, West Virginia, was arrested on February 22, 2017, at 10:59 A.M., by deputy Rodney Lycans of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIME.
