FROM 12:00 A.M., APRIL 30, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., MAY 12, 2022, (13 DAYS); AT LEAST 78 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED,

AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION  CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY,

 

OUT OF THOSE 78 ARRESTS, 21 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.

SEPARATELY, THREE (3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER KENTUCKY COUNTIES JURISDICTION (TWO (2) IN CARTER COUNTY,& ONE (1)) IN MARTIN COUNTY). 
PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M., APRIL 16, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., APRIL 29, 2022, (14 DAYS); AT LEAST 132 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION  CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY, OUT OF THOSE 132 ARRESTS, 26 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, FOUR LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER KENTUCKY COUNTIES JURISDICTION (THREE (3) IN JOHNSON COUNTY, AND ONE (1)) IN PIKE COUNTY).  

 

HERE ARE THE LATEST TWENTY-ONE (21) ARRESTS IN LAWRENCE COUNTY, ALONG WITH THE THREE (3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENT ARRESTED OUTSIDE LAWRENCE COUNTY, ARE AS THE FOLLOWING:

Gregory L. Zornes, 39, Vanceburg, Kentucky; was arrested on April 30, 2022, at 9:28 P.M., by the Lawrence County Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR.
James P. Endicott, 46, Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 1, 2022, at 6:54 P.M., by the Lawrence County Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS.
 
Kala D. Hammonds, 33, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on May 1,2022, at 6:54 P.M.,by an officer of the Louisa Police Department,& was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS.
 
Carla M. Conn, 30, of Louisa,Kentucky; was taken into custody on May 1, 2022,at 10:03 P.M.,by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence, “weekender”: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
 
Elouise Scott, 38, of Louisa,Kentucky was arrested on May 2, 2022,at 10:46 A.M.,by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • RESISTING ARREST, • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.
 
Steven O. Bowen, 50, of Van Lear, Kentucky; was arrested on May 2, 2022, at 11:56 P.M.,by deputy Tyler Laney,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • REAR LICENSE NOT ILLUMINATED, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE.
 
Cody Frazier, 28, of Louisa,Kentucky; was taken into custody on May 3, 2022,at 12:33 P.M.,by the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY., & was designated the status of:  • TRANSFERRED STATE CONTROLLED INTAKE PRISONER HELD,
 
Melinda M. Wallace, 42,of Louisa,Kentucky; was served an indictment warrant on May 3,2022,by court security officer Melody Salyers,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department. Melinda Wallace has been lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY., since March 5, 2022m after she was arrested by deputy Tyler Laney, on a warrant for Probation Violation (For Felony Offense).
Jamie Walter Boyd, 37,of Louisa,Kenrtucky; was served an indictment warrant on May 3,2022,by court security officer  Melody Salyers,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department. Jamie W. Boyd has been lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY., since March 5, 2022; after he was arrested by deputy  Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, on two warrants for two separate counts of Probation Violation (For Felony Offense).

Jordan Boyd, age ?, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 3, 2022, at 4:52 P.M.,by chief deputy-sergeant Mason Keefer, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE, • ASSAULT, 2ND DEGREE, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION UNDER/ $500,

Jonathan Coleman, 33, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 5, 2022, at 11:49 A.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR (2 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS).
 
Jeffrey Perry, 48, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 5, 2022, at 11:33 A.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with via a complaint warrant:  • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS $500 < $1,000.
 
Victoria Lynn Wiley, 33, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 5, 2022, at 12:25 P.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR.
 
Kennith J. Mollett, 19, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 5, 2022, at 8:50 P.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1C) – 1ST OFFENSE.
 
Braedon Bonnell, 25, of Prophetstown,Illinois; was arrested on May 6, 2022,at 10:37 P.M.,by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • FALSELY REPORTING AN INCIDENT, • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE, • RESISTING ARREST.
 
Ronald Lee Ward, 42, of Louisa, Kentucky; was taken into custody on May 7, 2022, at 8:44 A.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence, “weekender”: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Lewis H. Pinder, 39, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 10, 2022, at 6:42 P.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR
 
Stephine L. Pack, 35, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 11, 2022, at 12:10 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, & was charged with: • IMPROPER PARKING FIRELANE/BLOCK TRAVELED PORTION OF HIGHWAY, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1E) – 1ST OFFENSE
Rodney McDowell, 54, of Blaine, Kentucky; was taken into custody on May 12, 2022, at 12:14 P.M., by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

John D. King, 32, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested in Martin County, on April 30,2022, at 12:49 A.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with via a grand jury indictment: • RAPE, 1ST DEGREE, • UNLAWFUL TRANSACTION WITH/MINOR 2ND DEGREE. The grand jury  indictment warrant for John King was from out of Lawrence County.
 
Gary Hogston, 39, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested in Carter County,on April 30,2022,at 9:28 P.M., by the Carter County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR.
 
Ethan Henderson Senters, 32, of Louisa, Kentucky; was taken into custody in Carter County, on May 2, 2022, at 12:10 P.M., by the Carter County Jail, and was designated with the status: • HOLD FOR OTHER.
