James P. Endicott, 46, Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on May 1, 2022, at 6:54 P.M., by the Lawrence County Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS.
