14 ARRESTED IN LAWRENCE COUNTY IN PAST WEEK

 LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST APRIL 23 – MAY 4, 2016

  

From 12:01 A.M. April 23, 2014 to 11:59 P.M. May 4, 2016; 121 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Painstville, Kentucky. The number of inmates incarcerated has dropped from the over maximum capacity of 231 prisoners in mid-April ( the maximum capacity number for the Big Sandy Detention Center is 225) down to 185 prisoners at 7:00 A.M. Thursday morning May 5.

Out of the 121 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in the last 12 days, 14 arrests were from Lawrence County. Those 14 individuals arrested are the following:

 

Stephen R. Adkins

 

Stephen R. Adkins, 50, of Louisa, was arrested on April 23, 2016 at 12:20 P.M., by officer Joseph Tomblin of the Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).

 

Dustin Fyffe

 

Dustin L. Fyffe, 26, of Louisa, was arrested on April 25, 2016 at 6:39 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

Lester K. FinleyLester K. Finley, 46, of Louisa, was arrested on April 28, 2016 at 7:14 P.M., by deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE,  •  FALSE STATEMENT APPLICATION FOR MILITARY PLATE/IMPROPER USE OF.

 

 

Erica StutlerErica Stutler, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on April 30, 2016 at 1:22 A.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • REAR LICENSE NOT ILLUMINATED, • LICENSE TO BE IN POSSESSION, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INS/SEC, 1ST OFFENSE, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$10,000.

 

Nathaniel M. PackNathaniel M. Pack, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on May 1, 2016 at 2:05 A.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT

 

 

 

John FergusonJohn Ferguson, 32, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested May 1, 2016 at 11:34 P.M., by patrolman officer Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:  • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/ DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE

 

 

 

Rebecca S. ThompsonRebecca S. Thompson, 42, of Webbville, Kentucky; was arrested on May 2, 2016 at 4:06 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:   • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, 

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 2ND OFFENSE,  • POSSESSION  CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED

 

Bertha MeadeBertha Meade, 53, of Louisa, turned herself in May 2, 2016 at 5:35 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

Donald L. PackDonald L. Pack, 37, of Louisa, was arrested May 2, 2016 at 10:38 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:  • NO REGISTRATION PLATES, • DISPLAY OF ILLEGAL/ALTERED REGISTRATION PLATE, • FAILURE TO REGISTER TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALC/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.

 

Joshus Lee RatliffJoshua Lee Ratliff, 33, of Louisa, turned himself in May 3, 2016 at 12:56 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER. 

 

 

 

Billy RileyBilly Riley, 25, of Ashland, Kentucky; was arrested May 3, 2016 at 9:15 P.M., by trooper Bradley Couch of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • CARELESS DRIVING, • FAILURE TO NOTIFY ADDRESS CHANGE TO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, • FAILURE TO OR IMPROPER SIGNAL.

 

 

Elmer L Marcum Jr.Elmer L. Marcum Jr., 33, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested May 3, 2016 at 11:04 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:  • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/ DRUGS/ ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESSION (2 COUNTS), • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.

 

 

Richard A. LaneyRichard A. Laney,  55, of Louisa, was arrested May 3, 2016 at 11:53 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:  • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/ DRUGS/ ETC. .08 – 3RD OFFENSE, • DRIVING ON DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE -1ST OFFENSE.

 

 

 

Lincoln P. NutterLincoln P. Nutter,  30, of Louisa, turned himself in May 3, 2016 at 11:19 A.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
