THE NAMES OF THE EIGHT MOST RECENT LAWRENCE COUNTY ARRESTS IN THE LAST SEVEN DAYS ARE THE FOLLOWING:

Earl M. HillEarl M. Hill, 40, of Wayne, West Virginia; was arrested on April 18, 2017, at 1:49 P.M., by Sheriff Garrett Roberts of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FLAGRANT NON SUPPORT ( 2 SEPARATE COUNTS), • NON-SUPPORT, • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

 

Tara TincherTara Tincher, 28, of Louisa, was arrested on April 18, 2017, at 6:44 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY.

Ratliff, 37, of Louisa, was arrested on April 24, 2017, at 12:04 A.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT, • FAILURE TO REGISTER TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS UNDER/$500.
