LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST APRIL 15-22, 2016 

 

From 12:01 A.M. April 15, 2016 to 11:59 P.M April 22, 2016, there were 105 people brought in to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Painstville, Kentucky. Out of that number, 15 arrests were from Lawrence County. Those 15 individuals arrested are the following:

Alyssa L. Roberts

Alyssa L. Roberts, 27, of Louisa, turned himself in April 15, 2016 at 5:39 P.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

Jonathan D. Perry

 

Jonathan D. Perry, 48, of Louisa, was arrested on April 16, 2016 at 1:13 A.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE)

 

 

 

 

John A. Mullins

John Arthur Mullins, 29, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; turned himself in April 16, 2016 at 10:32 A.M., to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.


 

4. David Bryan Johnson

 

David Bryan Johnson, 38, of Louisa, was arrested April 16, 2016 at 7:46 P.M., by patrolman officer Jordan Miller of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

Brian A. Webb

Brian A. Webb, 50, of Louisa, was arrested April 16, 2016 at 9:04 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • DRIVING DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE – 1ST OFFENSE (AGGRAVATED CIRCUMSTANCE), • OPERATING ATV ON ROADWAY.

 

Clarence Childers, Jr.

Clarence Childers Jr., 44, of Louisa, was arrested April 16, 2016 at 11:43 P.M., by trooper Bryan Layne of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).

Clarence Childers Jr., was arrested six days earlier, on April 10, 2016 at 12:07 A.M., also by trooper Bryan Layne of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • IMPROPER REGISTRATION PLATE, • FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INS/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE • NO REGISTRATION PLATES, • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT, • FAILURE TO REGISTER TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE.

Clarence Childers Jr., has been arrested 28 times since January 24, 2002, on nearly 50 criminal charges and citations, 27 of them in Kentucky, and one arrest in West Virginia, on November 14, 2014, for numerous felonies and misdemeanor charges after a high-profile crime spree in the Fort Gay area. (READ HERE).

 

Ted PackTed Pack, 61, of Louisa, was arrested April 17, 2016 at 2:32 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATING LICENSE, • FAILURE TO SURRENDER REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD, • ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF LEGEND DRUG, • PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE.

 

Daniel SpencerDaniel Spencer, 37, of Jackson, Kentucky; was arrested April 18, 2016 at 9:50 P.M., by trooper Forrest Newsome of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • SERVING FOUR BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

 

 

 

Wayde A. Leedy

Wayde A. Leedy, 20, of West Van Lear, Kentucky; was arrested April 20, 2016 at 11:55 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

Heather Lynn James

Heather Lynn James, 37, of Webbville, Kentucky; was arrested on April 20, 2016 at 1:04 A.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • WANTON ENDANGERMENT-1ST DEGREE.

 

 

Nathan A. NewsomeNathan A. Newsome, 35, of Webbville, Kentucky; was arrested April 20, 2016 at 5:06 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

 

Carl F. CastleCarl, F. Castle, 28, of Lomansville, Kentucky; was arrested April 20, 2016 at 7:12 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE, • MENACING.

 

 

 Lincoln P. NutterLincoln P, Nutter, 30, of Louisa, was arrested on April 20, 2016 at 8:15 P.M., by constable Paul Wells, and was charged with: • DRIVING ON DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE -1ST OFFENSE, • FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE, • NO REGISTRATION PLATES.

Lincoln P, Nutter was just arrested last week, on April 15, 2016 at 6:33 P.M, by a deputy with the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • DISREGARDING STOP SIGN, • RECKLESS DRIVING, • NO OPERATORS-MOPED LICENS

 

Virgil M. Fitzpatrick

 

Virgil M. Fitzpatrick, of Louisa, was arrested April 21, 2016 at 6:43 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

 

Melissa D. Hinkle

 

Melissa D. Hinkle, 30, of Louisa, was taken into custody April 22, 2016 at 6:22 P.M., by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, after being incarcerated at the Leslie County Jail since October 16, 2015, to serve a jail sentence with: CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
