COACH’S COMMENTS
“… We had a challenging week this week. After a cancellation we picked up Boyd County. It was a tough game for us but showed the areas we need to improve on and that’s what we want right now. We are just working to get better every day.”
“… It was great to get a big district win Friday night. Feels good to be 2-0 right now in district play. I was proud of how our girls responded on the defensive end. Defense is going to be the key in how successful we can be.”
“… With a very quick turnaround at 10 AM Saturday morning we played a tough Perry Central team. We got in foul trouble early in the second quarter and got down but kept battling and cut the lead to within 4. We couldn’t get any closer. It was a tough loss on the road for us. We are still working to get better every game.”
