LAWRENCE CO. GOLFER HUNTER GOBLE SHINES OVER THE SUMMER

Louisa, Ky. — Hunter Goble, a Junior Golfer at Lawrence Co. High school was named the 16 -18 year old division golfer of the year over the summer. Hunter competed on the Tri State Junior golf tour and dominated play by winning three out of the six tournaments that he competed in.

Golfers from West Virginia, Kentucky , Ohio and various other states competed along with Hunter. Over the summer Goble won tournaments at Guyan Country Club, Sugarwood Golf Club and Shawnee State Golf Course. He also finished 2nd at Riviera Country Club and 4th at Bellefonte Country Club.

Goble has been to the KHSAA Golf tournament three straight years and is looking to lead his team to Bowling Green for the first time.
