John W. Allen has pled guilty in the charge of Theft by unlawful taking over 300$ dollars. His final sentence will be May 24,2019.

  • John will have 5- 7 years of supervised Probation and other conditions.

James Burchette pled guilty to Probation Violations and they have amended his probation to

  • 24 months from 12 months of Supervised Probation.

 


Daniel Chapman has been bonded to In patient Rehabilitation from the previous charges of Possession of controlled substance (1st Offense) Methamphetamine, 1st degree of Unspecified Possessions (1st offense), Operating Motor Vehicle under Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1st offense, Drug Paraphernalia-Buy/Possess, and One headlight.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gary Haven Mills Cochran Jr.  Probation has been revoked and has been remanded to Dept. of Corrections.

  • An evidentiary hearing was held April 26,2019 in the Commonwealth vs. James Gartin. In February 2017 Gartin was charged with Rape in the 1st degree Victim under 12 years of age, Sodomy 1st degree victim under 12 yrs of age, and Persistent Felony Offender. No record of the proceeding was available.

 

Commonwealth vs. Johnny W. Gibson was sentenced to

  • 5 years of Supervised Probation with 5 year diversion in the charge of Engaging in Organized Crime/ Criminal Syndicate.

 

Commonwealth vs. Zachary W. Gibson was sentenced to

  • 5 years of Supervised Probation with 5 year diversion in the charge of Engaging in Organized Crime/ Criminal Syndicate.

 

Commonwealth vs. Christopher L Maynard pled guilty to Possessing Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) , Buy/Possess Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Defaced Firearm.

  • He will serve 3 years of supervised probation for Methamphetamine Possession charge, 12-24 mos of Supervised Probation for Drug paraphernalia charge, and to forfeit firearm in the charge of possession of defaced firearm. Charges dismissed was possession/use of radio that sends/receives police messages and Convicted Felon in Possession of Handgun.

Commonwealth vs. James G. Moore has pled Guilty to Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration (2nd or >Offense) .

  • He will serve one year. Final sentencing is set for May 24,2019.

 

 

Commonwealth vs. Kathy E. Muncy has been sentenced to

  • 2 years of Supervised Probation in the charge of Theft By Deception or Disp Shoplifting $500 or more but under $10,000.

 

Commonwealth vs. Madison N Nickles has pled Guilty and waived her PSI (Pre Sentence Investigation) to Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication Controlled Substance (Excluded Alcohol).

  • Sentenced to 24 mos of Probation and diversion after 24 months.
