Michael D. BlankenshipMichael Blankenship, Pled guilty to the following charges and offers by the Commonwealth and will be final sentenced on 11-9-17. Defendant was granted a 7 day furlow before sentence.

2 counts of Trafficking in A Controlled Substance Within 1,000 feet of A School- sentenced to 2 ½ years for each charge. Both charges: Tampering with Physical Evidence, Persistent Felony Offender were dismissed

Unlawful Transaction with a Minor- 12 months, Receiving Stolen Property u/$500- 12 months, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- 12 months. The defendant to forfeit all items seized.
