Tolsia will advance in the postseason to play the #1 team in Class A Huntington St. Joe on Wednesday night at Spring Valley. Game time will be 7:00.

Tolsia Head Coach Ric Morrone

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… I was really proud of how we have been playing well down the stretch. We competed hard and our defense is getting better, still some work to do. Our man to man defense has really come on here late in the season. Kids have realized postseason basketball is a possession by possession game if you lose you have to battle back and get the next one.”

“… Tug Valley is really young with 9 freshman. They are going to be tough to handle in the future. Ed May and Maxine Colegrove did a good job with them and the future is bright.”

“… Going to be a tough one against St. Joe but they are teenagers just like us, they are talented and very deep but we have to go in there and do what the Lady Rebels can do. We have had a great year and we don’t want it to end.”

“ I also want to thank everyone that came out tonight it was a great crowd.
