Timothy Scott, age 43, of Spankem Cat Fork Road in Fallsburg was arrested, lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention CenterAshland, Ky. (January 25, 2017) – On Friday, January 27, 2017 the Kentucky State Police Post 14 Ashland received a cyber tip involving the possession and distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by minors.

During the course of the investigation a search warrant was obtained for a residence on Spankem Cat Fork Road in the Fallsburg community of Lawrence County. Evidence collected at the residence resulted in the arrest of Timothy Scott.

Timothy Scott, age 43, of Spankem Cat Fork Road in Fallsburg was arrested, lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center and charged with the following:

*  Distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor, 1st offense

*  Possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor

A Lawrence County Grand Jury indicted Scott on the charges last week. (See Grand Jury report on The Lazer))

The investigation is ongoing by Det. David Boarman.
