The Kentucky State Police Post 14, in Ashland, KY., are asking for the public’s help in locating a man by the name of Caleb Kyle Smith.
Smith is wanted for the use and distribution of matter of a minor in a sexual performance.
Caleb Kyle Smith is 19 years old, standing height is at 5 feet 8 inches tall, and has blue eyes.
