LOCAL MAN FOUND DEAD WITH FATAL STAB WOUND BY MAGOFFIN COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT AFTER CALL TO HIS SALYERSVILLE RESIDENCE

THE DECEASED: JAMIE W. BAILEY, 41, OF SALYERSVILLE, KY., WAS FOUND DEAD FROM FATAL STAB WOUND ON MARCH 17 BY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
The Kentucky State Police is conducting an investigation into circumstances that led to the death of a Magoffin County man, whose body was discovered with a fatal knife wound at his home by local police officials
According to the press release by the Kentucky State Police Post 9 in Pikeville, Kentuckyy; they received a call from Magoffin County Sheriff Department on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, regarding an unresponsive male in Magoffin County.
Kentucky State Police investigators responded to a residence on Coal Branch Road near Salyersville and discovered a male had been stabbed. Their initial investigation indicated Jamie Bailey had suffered a fatal stab wound while at his residence on Coal Branch Road.
Jamie W. Bailey, 41 years old of Salyersville, Ky., was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Magoffin County Coroner’s Office.
KSP Detective Dustin Thompson is leading the investigation. He was assisted on scene by KSP personnel, Magoffin County Sheriff’s Office, Salyersville Police Department, and Lifeguard Ambulance Service.
This is not the man that died!!!! This picture is of my former husband… a different Jamie Bailey!!! The guy that died is 41 ,,. The guy in the pic is 48!!!! This needs removed ASAP
