TYLER MICHAEL DAVIS, 30, & McCLELLAN BAKER, 21, BOTH RESIDENTS OF HARDIN COUNTY, KY.; WERE ARRESTED SEPARATELY ON DECEMBER 16 BY KSP FOR MAKING & POSSESSING CHILD SEX PORN MATERIAL.
The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested two Hardin County men on December 16, separately on charges related to two separate child sexual abuse material cases.
Tyler Michael Davis, 21, of Fordsville, Kentucky, and McClellan Baker 68, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, were arrested as the result of two separate undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigations.
The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began these investigations after discovering suspects sharing images of child sexual exploitation online. These investigations resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Fordsville and a residence in Beaver Dam on December 16, 2020. Equipment used to facilitate the crimes were seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. These investigations are ongoing.
Tyler Davis is currently charged with eighteen counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and twenty counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance. Baker is currently charged with twenty counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and twenty counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
These charges are Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison. If convicted by a jury on all charges, Tyler Davis could face from 38 to 190 years in prison; and McClellan Baker could face from 40 to 200 years in prison.
Tyler Michael Davis and McClellan Baker were taken to and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.

WHITLEY COUNTY, KENTUCKY MAN ARRESTED BY KY. STATE POLICE ON CHILD SEX ABUSE CHARGES
SUSPECT ACCUSED OF POSSESSION & DISTRIBUTION OF CHILD SEX ACTS PORNOGRAPHY

The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Hobert Lee Elswick, 48, of Williamsburg, Ky., on child sexual abuse charges.
The KSP unit began investigating Hobert Elswick after discovering he was uploading images of child sexual exploitation online.
Law enforcement officials searched Hobert Elswick’s home on Thursday, December 17, and they arrested him and took the equipment used to facilitate the crimes.
Hobert Lee Elswick is charged with five counts of possession or viewing matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and four counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance. Hobert Elswick could face one to five years in prison on each of the nine total charges., and if convicted, could face from 9 to 45 years in prison.
Hobert Lee Elswick was transported to and lodged at the Whitley County Detention Center in Williamsburg.

FORMER MADISON COUNTY KY. TEACHER GETS THIRTY YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON IN CONNECTION TO CHILD PORN CASE
LARRY DALE FOLEY, 49, OF BEREA, KENTUCKY., WAS GIVEN A SENTENCE TO FEDERAL PRISON THAT, DUE TO HIS AGE, COULD SEE HIM SERVING THE REST OF HIS LIFE IN PRISON, AFTER PLEADING GUILTY TO FILMING HIMSELF & MAKING PICURES OF HIMSELF HAVING SEX WITHN A MINOR.
A Berea, Ky., man who taught for many years at a Richmond, Ky. school, was sentenced to three decades in federal prison on December 10 in federal court, as result of his admitting in a guilty plea in September 2020, to producing child pornography.
Larry Dale Foley Jr. 49, was sentenced to 30-years in federal prison on Thursday,, December 10, before Chief U.S. District Judge Danny Reeves, after previously pleading guilty to producing child pornography.
Larry Foley, who is a former teacher, but according to prosecutors in the case, they have stated repeatedly clear that none of the images seized during the case were of any of his former students.
According to Larry Foley’s guilty plea agreement and other court records, a tip submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, from Tumblr, showed a blog Foley owned had distributed 46 images and two videos of child pornography.
On January 6, 2020, law enforcement searched Larry Foley’s residence and seized electronic devices that contained child pornography. Larry Foley was arrested on February 24, 2020 and has been held in federal custody since that time.
The devices seized were processed and showed that Foley had produced child pornography of himself and a female minor, in the form of videos and still images.
In his guilty plea agreement, Foley admitted to knowing that the images and videos he created with the minor victim were produced using materials that were shared via computer and cell phone.
Larry Foley was indicted in February 2020, with Foley pleaded guilty in September 2020.The indictment alleged that, on Dec. 17, 2018, Larry Dale Foley received images of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Foley also was charged with distributing child pornography on December 30, 2018. The indictment alleged that on January 6, 2020, Foley possessed images of child pornography.
After raiding his home, the FBI said none of the images were of students from LaFontaine Preparatory School, where Foley taught for many years. Foley was teaching only part-time at the time of his arrest and previously taught third- through fifth-grade social studies.
“Producing child pornography is a crime of violence – subjecting the victim to continued abuse each time the file is shared or downloaded,” said Robert M. Duncan Jr., United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky. “The defendant’s sentence was well deserved based on his criminal conduct. I commend the work of the FBI and the Berea Police Department in conducting this investigation.”

For children who endure abuse of any kind, their lives are oftentimes irreparably damaged. U.S. Attorney Robert Duncan; FBI Special Agent in Charge James Brown, and Eric Scott, Chief of the Berea Police Department, jointly announced the sentencing of Larry David Foley.
The investigation was conducted by the FBI and the Berea Police Department. The United States was represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney David Marye.
Under federal prison sentencing law, Larry Dale Foley must serve 85 percent of his prison sentence, 25 & 1/2 years, which would be in mid-2046 (his total sentence would be until early 2051); and upon his release, he will be under the supervision of the U.S. Probation Office for life. Given Larry Foley’s current age, he could potentially be the age between of either 75, or 79 before he is finally released.
The details regarding the case against Larry Foley are inaccurate. The images were not of him having sex with a minor. He did not have sex with a minor at any time. He had pictures in his possession that he had taken. Not of any sexual activity or awareness of any minor child. Please update your story with the facts. He did not have ANY sexual encounter with a minor.
