KENTUCKY STATE POLICE ARREST MAGOFFIN COUNTY KY. MAN ON RAPE, SODOMY, AND SEX ABUSE OF A YOUNG CHILD WHO WAS HIS STEPDAUGHTER

A Magoffin County, KY. man has been by the Kentucky State Police charged with rape, sodomy and sex abuse of a child under the age of 12 years old.
Stuart Horton, 30, of Salyersville, KY., was under investigation for sexually abusing his step-daughter, when he was asked to come into Kentucky State Police Post 9 in Pikeville, KY., on Monday, June 12, to take a lie detector test.
After the lie detector test, troopers said that Stuart Horton immediately became apologetic and began confessing his crimes. Stuart Horton reportedly told police the abuse began when the girl was 8 or 9 years old and continued until 2021.
Stuart Horton was charged with the following: *RAPE, 1ST DEGREE, *SODOMY, 1ST DEGREE, and *SEXUAL ABUSE, 1ST DEGREE, VICTIM UNDER/12 YEARS OF AGE.
Stuart Horton was taken into custody and lodged in the Pike County Detention Center in Pikeville. His bond was set at $50,000 full cash bond only by Pike County District Judge Robert F. Wright. He had his first court appearance in Pike County District Court on Tuesday morning, June 13; on the sodomy and sex abuse charges.
Stuart Horton’s next court appearance is scheduled for on Thursday, June 22; at 1:00 P.M., in Pike County District Court, in front of Judge Robert Wright.
On Thursday, June 8, 2023, the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested Timothy Floyd Nannie,48, of 300 West Mose Rager Boulevard, in Drakesboro, Kentucky; on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
KENTUCKY STATE POLICE CHARGES WOODFORD COUNTY KY. MAN WITH A CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OFFENSE
DIRTY CHILD SEX PORN CREEP: JONATHAN ROSS GIGLIOTTI, 34, OF VERSAILLES, KENTUCKY.
A Woodford County, Kentucky man was arrested by a special state police electronic unit on a child sex pornography charge.
The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested Jonathan Ross Gigliotti, 34, on Versailles, KY., on Tuesday, June 6, on a charge related to child sexual abuse material.
Jonathan Gigliotti was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child sexual exploitation online.
Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s digital forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Jonathan Gigliotti is currently charged with one count of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor over 12, a class D felony, which is punishable after a trial conviction of one to five years in prison.
Joenathan Gigliotti was lodged in the Woodford County Detention Center in Versailles, where he is currently being held on $5,000 full cash bond only.

KENTUCKY STATE POLICE CHARGES BULLITT COUNTY, KY. MAN WITH CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OFFENSES
On May 25, 2023, the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested Dustin Richardson Scott, 29, of Shepherdsville, KY., on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Dustin Richardson Scott was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in a search warrant at a residence in Shepherdsville on May 25, 2023. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Dustin Richardson Scott is currently charged with ten counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance, victim under 12 years old (Class-C felonies punishable by five to ten years in prison) and five counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance (Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison).
If convicted in a criminal court trial, Dustin Richardson Scott could receive a prison sentence of from 55 years to up to 125 years in state prison.
Dustin Scott was lodged in the Bullitt County Detention Center in Shepherdsville. Dustin Richardson Scott has since been released from the jail after posting his bond.
