Louisa, KY. (September 24, 2021) – On September 23, 2021 The Kentucky State Police Post 14 arrested Phillip Adam Webb, 34, on charges related to child sexual abuse material, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Webb was taken into custody after an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. Kentucky State Police Post 14 and Ashland Police Department began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Louisa on September 23, 2021. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and will be taken to Ashland Police Department for examination. Also, a handgun was found in bedroom of the accused, and his criminal history revealed he is a convicted felon. The investigation is ongoing by Detective David Boarman.
Webb is currently charged with two counts of Distribution of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor under the age of 12, 1st Offense, and one count of Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon. He was lodged in Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.

Just for the record I’m not condoning what my brother has done. He deserves to be in jail, but for all those abusers out there just stop the cycle. No one knows what it was like growing up in the house. It wasn’t over homework. My step father was a very abusive man. It started from the time I was 3-4 years old and ended when I was 16. More days than not I was abused by that man. So don’t believe all that is said by the media. I do have more to day but don’t think this is the way to do it.

If these kids were abused by the step dad I don’t blame him for shooting him. The system fails children e dry day and sends the message back into the abuse to suffer alone.
