Connie Queen and Lilly Vinson present a $500 scholarship check to Laura Keaton of Johnson County for an outstanding essay on the ‘Legacy of Fred M. Vinson.’ The scholarship was awarded by the Fred M. Vinson Museum and Lawrence County Tourism Commission. The scholarship was available to seniors in Lawrence, Johnson, and Boyd Counties.
