Connie S. May, 56, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on May 26, 2020, at 11:41 P.M.,by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:
• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL)
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT,2ND DEGREE,
• MENACING,
• RESISTING ARREST.
Chad M. Deer, 33, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on May 27,2020,at 1:26 A.M., by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with:
• DRIVING-DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE (3RD OFFENSE),
