Joe Forest Wells, age 81, of Louisa, died Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Kings Daughters Medical Center of Ashland, KY.
Joe was born May 21, 1935 in Louisa, KY., the son of the late Charley and the late Sophia (Nolan) Wells. He was a farmer.
He is survived by his wife: Ethel Sue (Preston) Wells.
A graveside service was held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Burgess Cemetery, Tadpole Road,Tadpole, KY.
Care was entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
