Jason M. Daniels, 34, of Louisa, KY passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017.

Jason was born August 7, 1983 in Ashland, KY to Danny Roger and the late Donna Sue (Rowe) Daniels. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother Roger Lee Daniels, grandparents Bill and Grace Rowe and James Bascom and Laura (Green) Daniels.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his children Raylynn and Roger Lee Daniels, brother James Steven Daniels and fiance Shelley Florio.
