James Stephen Burchett

1957 — 2016

 James Stephen Burchett,  59, of Louisa, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Community Care Hospice Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

James was born July 16, 1957 in Louisa, Kentucky a son of the late Eugene and Ernistine Newsome Burchette.  James was a logger in the timber industry.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brother, William Burchette and sister Brenda Kaye Burchette.

James leaves behind his children, James Stephen Eugene Burchette (Michelle) of Louisa, Kentucky; Regina Reed (Derek) of Alabama. In addition  are his siblings, Francis Wright of Louisa, Ky.; Thelma See (Brian) of Jasper, AL.; Mary Perkins (William Litton) of Webbville, Ky.; Benjamin Burchette (Sandra) of Webbville, Ky. girlfriend, Penn Grahmn of Louisa, Ky.; 2 Grandchildren, Emilly Reed and Abigal Reed; 14 nieces and nephews.

There will be a Graveside service conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Burchette Family Cemetery with Rev. Noah Wilks officiating.
