LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST JUNE 23 – 30, 2016
JAIL ARRESTS THIS PAST WEEK FROM THREE OTHER COUNTIES BARELY HIGHER COMPARED TO PREVIOUS TWO WEEKS; BUT LAWRENCE COUNTY GOES DOWN OVER HALF THE USUAL NUMBER. JAIL BOOKINGS WERE LOWER IN JUNE COMPARED TO PREVIOUS MONTH OF MAY.
From 12:01 A.M. June 23, 2016 to 11:59 P.M. June 30, 2016; 84 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of the 84 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in this last eight day period of June 23-30, just 7 arrests were from Lawrence County.
The number of people booked each day from June 23 thru the 30 at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville was as the following: THURDAY-JUNE 23: 11, FRIDAY-JUNE 24: 15, SATURDAY-JUNE 25: 8, SUNDAY-JUNE 26: 11, MONDAY-JUNE 27: 6, TUESDAY-JUNE 28: 6, WEDNESDAY-JUNE 29: 20, THURSDAY-JUNE 30: 7.
From May 01 thru May 31; 388 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of the 388 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in the month of May, 70 arrests were from Lawrence County.
From June 1 thru June 30; 355 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of the 355 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in the month of June, 49 arrests were from Lawrence County.

Natasha D. Meddings, 25, of Louisa, was arrested June 24, 2016 at 7:26 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500, • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY.
Bobby J. May, 52, of Louisa, was arrested June 24, 2016 at 7:26 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY.
Lawrence Gasner, 28, of Louisa, was arrested June 25, 2016 at 3:32 A.M., by patrolman officer Julius Musick of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT.
Alexis J. Boyd, 22, of Louisa, was arrested June 27, 2016 at 11:22 A.M., by deputy Rodney Lycan of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Christinia D. Lowe, 26, of Louisa, was arrested June 29, 2016 at 11:04 A.M., by deputy Charlie Curnutte of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Alyssa L. Roberts, 27, of Louisa, was arrested June 29, 2016 at 11:04 A.M., by deputy Rodney Lycan of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT,• MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE.
Bobby Jordan, 62, of Lomansville, Kentucky; was arrested on June 30, 2016 at 3:02 P.M., by Lawrence County Constable Paul Wells, and was charged with: • HARASSMENT – PHYSICAL CONTACT – NO INJURY.
