INEZ, KY. — Haskell Burgess Mills of Martin Co, Ky has been arrested on wanton endangerment charges. The charges read as follows:
The Commonwealth Attorney charges that on or before the 28th day of June, 2021 in Martin County, Ky the above-named defendant:
Haskell Mills committed the offense of wanton endangerment in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which created a substantial danger to another, namely Ms. Arlena Evans of Inez, Ky.
Haskell Mills committed the offense of criminal  trespassing in the second degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining upon Arlena Evans property as to which notice again trespassing was given by the enclosure.
An arrest warrant has been issued for the defendant and an initial bond shall be $5,000.00 cash.  An arraignment is set for September 16, 2021 in the Martin County Circuit Court Room.
