Imogene C. Marcum, 90, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Community Hospice Care Center.

Mrs. Marcum was born January 22, 1928 in Hellar, KY to the late Tom and Stella Tricks Courtney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Marcum, one daughter, Hilda Brown, five brothers, two sisters, and one great-granddaughter.

She is survived by one son, James Foster (Reana) Marcum; four daughters Stella (Ralph Jr.) Smith, Patricia (Carl) Wilson, Sheila Hayes, and Rebecca (Granville) Lemaster; one son-in-law Don Brown; eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.                                                 

She was a member of the Louisa Freewill Baptist Church, a homemaker, and a member of the Dennis and Green Valley Homemakers.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Clifford Austin and Pastor Chris Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Yatesville Memorial Gardens.

Friends may visit the family on Saturday, December 15 after 6:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home.

All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
