Tyler James Lyon Tyler and another suspect went through the woods to the back of a residence on the Rt 75 Kenova area and entered through the window of an attached garage.

Both suspects stole several thousand dollars worth of tools and fishing equipment.

During the course of the investigation deputies were able to recover almost all the stolen items and return them to the victim.

The second suspect is wanted on the same charges from this investigation and additional charges in Cabell County.

In addition to Tyler’s warrants, the Kenova Police Dept charged Tyler for Possession with Intent to Deliver and obstructing after Tyler gave another person’s name on the stop.
