Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit and Road Patrol Deputies arrested two men from Martin County KY after approximately 53 grams of Heroin was seized during a traffic stop in the Whites Creek area of Wayne County this evening.
Sheriff Thompson stated that the driver, Rhoades Dials, gave a false name and was placed under arrest. The Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit located a baggie containing the Heroin hid in Rhoades Dials underwear along with a vial containing an unknown substance.
Sheriff Thompson stated that the vial will be sent to the WV State Police Crime Lab for identification and additional charges may be filed.
Rhoades Dials, of Martin County KY, is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver and Conspiracy to Distribute 10-100 Grams of Heroin.
Brian Lowe, of Martin County KY, is charged with Aiding & Abetting and Conspiracy to Distribute 10-100 Grams.
