The Lawrence County Board of Education will receive Letters of Interest from Qualified Construction Managers for both Pre-construction Phase services and Construction

Phase services for the Louisa Middle School Roof Replacement Project (BG 24-113).

Interested and qualified Construction Managers (CM) are to respond by submitting a one-page letter of interest to:

Letters of interest will be received until 2:00PM on March 26^th, 2024.  Proposals received after this date will not be accepted.

INVITATION TO BID

The Lawrence Co. Board of Education will receive bids in the Office of the Superintendent at the Board of Education Building, 50 Bulldog Lane, Louisa, KY 41230 for district and school grass mowing and trimming.  Each vendor will submit bids on grass mowing and trimming for 6 school campuses, one lot beside the high school, the high school soccer field, maintenance building & bus garage/transportation, BOE Walters property, and the Board office.  Each vendor must provide evidence of insurance and three references from customers.  Each vendor shall pick up additional bid specifications and related questions at the Superintendent’s office, 50 Bulldog Lane, Louisa, KY.  The bids shall be sealed and properly marked.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.  All bids properly submitted will be opened at this time at the Lawrence County Board of Education.  Further information may be obtained from the Office of the Superintendent or by calling 606-638-9671.  The Lawrence County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid that may be deemed to be in the Board’s favor.
