In past two days the WCSD Drug Enforcement Unit arrested (6) suspects in 3 separate drug investigations that occurred in or near Kenova

A joint investigation between the WCSD Drug Enforcement Unit and Kenova Police Department led to the arrest of Andred Davis, of Detroit, Mich. Officers seized a distribution quantity of Heroin from Andred who is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver. WCSD Road Patrol Deputies assisted in the arrest.

Jennifer Napier, of Fort Gay, Jonathan Young, of Louisa and Andred Davis, of Detroit.

Jennifer Napier, of Fort Gay, and Jonathan Young, of Louisa, were arrested and each charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver and Conspiracy after the WCSD DEU made a traffic stop on them and recovered a distribution quantity of Heroin and several thousand dollars.

Another investigation by the WCSD Drug Enforcement Unit led to the arrest of (3) suspects after a search of a residence in the US RT 52 area of Kenova.

The WCSD DEU received tips of drug trafficking at a residence on Harper Lane. Rebecca Robinson, of Kenova, is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Conspiracy. Dale Robinson, of Kenova, is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Conspiracy, and Cultivation. Amy Hale, of Catlettsburg, is charged with Aiding and Abetting, Conspiracy, and Obstructing. WCSD Deputies assisted.
